Twitter App Update: Everybody out there has heard the name of twitter yes it is a dumb statement to make. Who doesn’t know about Twitter?
OLED Supported Dark Mode on Twitter’s Android App
From a child to our neighborhood grandpa also knew about it. Even maybe yours have an account on twitter.
But as per as we know what is twitter and blah blah blah… the things we didn’t know is that twitter has a dark mode.
Yeah, some of you may think about how it can be possible, but pals it is as it is. Some months back twitter introduced its dark mode on the web version of this social giant. And, the good news is earlier this week they introduced the dark mode into the application with OLED support isn’t it great. The source indicates this as development to the race of new technology. Let’s have a look at some of our sources’ quotes.
Twitter launched a “Lights out” dark OLED-friendly mode back in March, but only for iOS users. It’s going out to Android users more than six months ago, although with the beta version of the app.
The light mode is distinct from the current dark mode which renders the user interface of the device in black instead of dark gray. It works better for the energy consumption of OLED screens sports phones.
If you are an Alpha client, then the Preferences and Privacy > Light and Sound > Dark Mode presence list will enable for lights to be enabled by Dark Mode. To users of beta update 8.19.0-alpha.03 of Twitter to Android, this OLED-friendly Dark mode is available. However, a server-side switch is activated so that you do not necessarily get the new dark mode if you change the stable version to that version.
That said, some alpha users have been able to turn on the lights by clearing the cache, so try and tell us whether it succeeded for you.
